Michigan State Attorney General Mike Cox is pleased to announce that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives has approved AG Cox's request to allow the Michigan Concealed Pistol License as an alternative to the NICS check when purchasing a firearm from an FFL dealer using the ATF Form 4473.
